Rates are subject to change based on job type, job location, and number of images returned. All rates listed on this are base rates and not final estimates, final estimates will be given out on invoices prior to photoshoots. Depending on the job/job needs rate can be negotiable within reason.

Half-day - $450

  • Smaller design projects or less than 5 rooms

  • 10-15 fully edited photos returned of overall shots and details

Residential Photography

Full-day - $900

  • Larger design projects or more than 4 rooms 

  • 20-25 fully edited photos returned of overall shots and details

Single Rooms/Exteriors - $200

  • Singles rooms 5 fully edited photos returned of overall and details

  • Exteriors 6 Fully edited photos returned of overall and details

Half-day - $500

  • Single building 2 floors max Class/conference rooms included

  • 10-15 fully edited photos returned of overall shots and details

Corporate/Institutional

Full-day - $1,000

  • Single or Multiple buildings Class/conference rooms included  

  • 20-25 fully edited photos returned of overall shots and details

Small Units - $300

  • 600sq.ft or smaller

  • 10 fully edited photos returned of overall shots and details

Commercial Spaces

Large units - $700

  • Lager than 600sq.ft 

  • 20 fully edited photos returned of overall shots and details

Single Sets - $150

  • Priced per individual set

  • 5 fully edited photos returned of overall shots and details

Showrooms

Multiple Sets - $1,200

  • Priced for 10 sets

  • 5 fully edited photos per set photographed returned of overall shots and details
